As a result, managers spend their days chasing updates instead of driving performance.
More meetings.
More check-ins.
More follow-ups.
More frustration.
Eventually many good managers reach the same conclusion:
“I spend more time trying to figure out what is happening than helping the team succeed.”
That is not management.
That is detective work.
The organizations that win over the next decade will not be the ones with the most software.
They will be the ones that provide managers with visibility into results, not just activities.
Because managers should not have to guess.
And leadership should not have to wait until a problem becomes a crisis before discovering it exists.
The future of management is not more tasks.
