Sheikh Jobe

Sheikh is the current MD/Chief Operating Officer, West Africa at Standard Chartered Bank. He has more than 25 years working in the bank industry across Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia. Sheikh has served in various capacities in the bank sector including as Chief Operating Officer, Head of Lending and Chief Information Officer. Because of his vast experience in the banking sector in Africa (including the Gambia), he truly understands the marketplace including the challenges face by Small & Medium Enterprises.

As member of the Board and a significant shareholder, he will provide strategic direction to the management team and oversee marketing, sales and business development efforts.
